By using Fitnexa GymOS, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of the software provided by Fitnexa Technologies.

1. Service Overview

Fitnexa GymOS is a SaaS platform providing gym management tools, including member tracking, billing automation, and attendance hub integration. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Payments & Renewals

Subscriptions are billed annually or monthly as per the selected plan. Failure to renew may result in suspension of access to the management dashboard. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Fitnexa Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
